Alborosie

Alborosie (born Alberto D'Ascola in Sicily, Italy) is a globally recognized reggae singer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. After moving to Kingston, Jamaica in 2001 to immerse himself fully in the island's musical culture, he became one of the first European artists to achieve massive, authentic success within the Jamaican music industry.

Known for his deep commitment to analog recording equipment and the classic roots sound of the 1970s and 80s, Alborosie handles almost all the writing, playing, and production on his albums. With massive international hits like "Kingston Town" and "Herbalist," he remains a touring powerhouse and a dedicated preserver of traditional dub and roots reggae.
