Horace Andy

Horace Andy (born Horace Hinds) is a legendary Jamaican roots reggae singer famed for his completely unique, melancholic, and incredibly emotive falsetto. A central figure in the incredibly fertile Studio One era of the late 1960s and 1970s, his haunting delivery defined classics such as "Skylarking" and "Money Money."

Later in his career, Horace Andy achieved massive, renewed international fame as a core, recurring guest vocalist for the pioneering British trip-hop group Massive Attack, featuring prominently on all of their studio albums. This highly unique cross-genre popularity solidified him as a globally revered voice across both classic reggae and modern electronic music.
