NEW SINGLE BY THE GREEN IS OUT

Since their formation, The Green has been a vocal supporter of Hawaiian rights and a model of what it means to be a young, modern Hawaiian. Songs like “Never,” “That’s The Way,” and “Even Before,” among many others, have become rallying cries for Hawaiian youths. Their new single “My Hawaiʻi,” released December 20 , featuring guest appearances by Sean Na'auao, Kaumakaiwa, and Kumu Hina. The Expanders are back with a new single “Sweet and Slow” which features Kyle McDonald of Slightly Stoopid.  The name “Sweet and Slow” is a reference to the band’s own songwriting process. “We like to take our time and really examine all parts of a song,” says Expanders bassist and vocalist Chiquis Lozoya.
