As Easy Star Records continues our longstanding partnership with the collective, “Run For Cover / Sugar Coated Lies” arrives as a deliberate double A-side single, serving as the first sonic blueprint for their upcoming full-length album. Behind the boards for this project is Bradford Ellis of The Nextmen, a strategic choice that represents a natural evolution following GDC's highly successful collaboration on the Pound for Pound LP. Ellis's production sensibilities seamlessly translate the nine-piece band's kinetic live energy into these focused studio cuts.
